| F6 Giselle Silver Mistral’s litter brother,
Giselle Silver Tehuantepec was bred
with with Xyster Ultramarine, a Blue
carrying Chocolate descended from the
Blazing Saddles outcross (see Chocolate
series). This gave F7 Mallorca Edward,
a Chocolate Silver male. Bred by Mrs K
Lydiard, he was owned by Mrs Anita and
Miss D Rowsell, and was also housed by
other breeders, possibly including Freda
Upton of the Uptomalian cattery, as he
was an important stud cat at this time,
in both Chocolate and Silver lines. |

A son of Giselle Silver Tehuantepec, F7 Silvergold Solomon, a Sorrel Silver,
was bred with F6 Giselle Sekmet Shibu,
to produce F7/8 Giselle Silver Simnel,
a Usual Silver who sired a number of
kittens for the Betic cattery of Charles
and Betty Barrett. “Simon” was owned
by Mrs Elvie Hoyle of Bellapais. |
